Your formation is just fine.
Play with defense/counter flanks
You can start with long pass but if you see you don't create shots or assistant saying that long pass isn't working, switch to mix.
I would play without arrows to my DR-DL and maybe a defense arrow in my DMC (for oppo AMC).
