A quick update regarding video offers:

Some noticed a change in video offers in exchange for boosters. We have been monitoring these offers and we were not happy with how were they working.. Some users were able to get hundreds of boosters every day, while others were not, something that wasn't fair at all. With the changes, now all users are able to complete equal number of offers every day, making the system more fair.

Please note that offers are provided by external companies (offer providers) and their availability depend on every user profile, location, device, OS and language. If you don't see more offers on a specific day, probably they don't have more offers for you. Try switching the platform, as some offers are only for specific devices.

As a side note, video offers were never intended to allow users to obtain hundreds of boosters every day, and although of course running an ad leaves some profit for us, this was unbalancing the game, empowering some teams too much while others were left behind. A change was needed to make the system fairer.

That's why have a limitation on the number of free gifts a user can receive every day, otherwise users with 100 friends would be able to collect hundreds of boosters and would have too much advantage compared with others.

Not fair indeed. 100 packs is almost equivalent to 100T, which in turn is almost equivalent to 10 USD. If a user is able to 'farm' say 500 packs in one week (7 days), this means that he got 50 USD advantage per week. In one season, this is equivalent to 200 USD as advantage. This is very unfair. Even if a user is able to farm 200 packs a season, this would be a significant disadvantage to users who can't get any from offers, especially now with the training bonuses. Some users have also been abusing of this system. Despite having a decent amount of offers, some users wanted even more; they have been using multiple devices while other have been using proxies or VPN, and some might have even used both. This is called being greedy.

All that being said, I understand that this could affect non-abusing users who have been dependent on offers (or on offers mainly), but many of those users can still obtain some packs from offers. So, they should still be happy as compared to users who have not been able to obtain 1 pack from offers since they started playing this game and still can't obtain one.

Since, I started playing this game, I have always used the browser version, and I was never able to obtain one token or pack from offers. There were some offers, but they never go to completion. Once, I even completed the requirements for an offer by playing an MMORPG game, reach a certain level and so on, but the tokens were not awarded (in other words, wasted my time). I never used the mobile platform, but there might be some offers there like those that require to watch a video, but I doubt they will go to completion. As you can see from one of the post's of one of my teams' page in this forum (http://forum.topeleven.com/team-show...tml#post361672), I always bought tokens when I could afford, and sometimes I even sacrificed some things to be able to save the money to buy the tokens. This was last year (2015). This year, since I started playing this game again, I spent more moderately, and even stopped lately due to some reasons (you already know most of them).

Any offer properly completed will give you the reward, if there's a problem don't hesitate to contact the offer provider (using their offer wall contact link) and provide proofs of the completion, they will look into it (this is a requirement to have them into our app) and give you a case ID, with this ID we can also investigate if you contact us.

Right now there are more video offers for bosters on mobile version, give it a try. And you will instantly see the reward in your account

I have read MOI ' s notification to changes of boosters , he called players of top eleven greedy for using several divices to Get free boosters . Myself I have two devices one for job and one private , I used both to Get free rests but some times ( 3-4) I had to send complain to Adm. to get the rests I earned , during a day I could miss 50-60 rests from videos I saw. This should be possible to get today also , but no , you have closed The players opportunity to train and restitute players after matches and so on. We just need to buy more tokens that cost way to much , One player who is ON in this game much of HIS time should be able to have more rest than a player who is not on that much . The same as in real life . But here they just will be called greedy ??????? Who is greedy ? I hold a button for administration of top eleven . Low The players cost ( prices of tokens ) and Even more players can affort to come along this good game .

We never said anyone was greedy, one user said that in this thread (not me, not anyone from Top Eleven). No one is greedy here, it was just about the number of offers everyone was able to see in the game. Completing offers is not being greedy at all

What we said is that it was not fair to have Managers getting hundreds of boosters while others were getting none or almost none. This was unbalancing the competition. As I also explained, there's no need to get 100 rests / day even if you want to train your players every day and reach the 4 10% bonuses. Even if you have 3 official matches in the same day.

Right now you have access to the same number of boosters than any other Manager, unlike before. That's not about being greedy or not. That's about a fair competition. I checked and I could see you're getting your rests every day. Not hundreds of course, and that is perfectly okay.

I will repeat myself: it wasn't fair for other Managers that some users were able to get HUNDREDS of boosters per day, while others couldn't. There's no need for HUNDREDS of boosters per day, and if you really think you need 200 rests every day, you probably need to do some changes in your daily activities / training.
