This sounds promising! My question is will you only be able to play with / against other teams on your server? I have real life friends I'd love to team up with but they play different server

Is there an answer for this one yet? I tried to post last week (but it evidently was not approved) asking about playing with friends on a different server. I have recruited a few new players to the game but cannot interact with them as they are evidently on a different server. Other than Facebook (which many of us do not have), how do we develop an association with people that we can't "friend"?

An inbox chat within the same association is mandatory otherwise it will be impossible to make contact with other mangers or association will be limited to facebook friends only.
