Please sorry for this inconvenience, but currently there is no Bulgarian flag for Football Associations.
There is a plan for adding more National flags very shortly in next updates, Bulgaria is on that list, so expect it soon in the game.

Hey, Божан and all other Managers from Bulgaria.
We are happy to inform you that Bulgarian flag is added to the Association flags.
We apology once more for not having it from the start, that was really not cool from our side.
You can check it in EDIT mode of your Association and put it as your FA emblem.

Estonian flag too please,our association is estonian and no estonian flag.There are hundreds of estonian players!
