This is completely normal in the IT / gaming industry, and probably in many other areas (but I won't assure anything as I am not an expert there). If you check other games and apps over the market you will see same thing happens. Because every country has his own legislation and taxes, the end-user price is usually different for the end-user.

Also, in this thread you're comparing prices from different platforms and providers. Again, every platform has his own taxes and prices, so total price for a package can be different depending on which provider or platform you use, even in your same country.

As I mentioned, that's how the market works, not just Top Eleven.
