For example the salary in Greece is about the 1/3 of Germany or UK and about the double or more from Bulgaria.

Yeah.. for example in Bulgaria average salary is 250€, it's 1250 in italy.. and prices are same.
Don't think the salary is a factor about pricing.
It's more about Taxes as it's 20 in BG and 22% in italy.. If not idk a reason
