Topeleven different PRICING on Tokens worldwide

Today i found out that my friends from Turkey and Russia pay less to get more tokens, im trying to understand the reason of this price change..


I do undersand that there's a market strategy everywhere, it has to be profitable and growing but i'm not sure if this shoud affect the end costumer when it comes to virtual goods.

The prices of goods is the difference in taxes and import duties across countries and that's clear enough.. does it also aplay in here ?
