Why Does Morale Reduce/Drop Overnight

My biggest resource struggle these days is with moral.

When I win a match, I gain 3 morale / blue

When I lose, Nordeus takes one of my morales / blue packs PLUS my team also lose some of the morale. OK no problem, its logical.



HOWEVER

When I win, and use the 3 morales to upgrade some of my players, these same players lose moral the next day, even though they were not part of the team that lost.



We complained about injuries and red packs - Nordeus fixed it and attcked green packs
We complained about player fitness and green packs - Nordeus fixed it and are attacking blue packs
Now I am complaining about morale and blue packs - I am sure Nordeus will fix it and start attacking tockens

don't use morale packs till it drops to poor - very poor

Now this intrigues me as well

Usually morale helps lower quality teams to win

Big lol if they don't have any effect at all...

They do have an effect and help ensure victories in tight games.

I understand that morale should drop when a team loses because they are sad.

However, why should that affect the teammates who are winning constantly in other competitions. It should affect only the players responsible for the loss as their place in the team is no longer secure.

ALSO I NOTICED THAT MY TEAM HAS STARTED PICKING UP MORE INJURIES AND YELLOW CARDS EVEN THOUGH I NEVER USE HARD TACKLING

Morale drops when a player have "less than 7 if I am not wrong and I remember well, because we've talked about that some times". LOL

Morale give a slight advantadge, as all, in, some circumstances.
