We sincerely apologise for the technical issues you faced this weekend during the Football Association tournament, we're working hard to fix them.

It's a good idea to stop associations until you can fix all problems and provide us a stable game
hmm, sometimes it's better to give something to people to see how it works in a massive way, so to find out the problems-bugs and fixed them one by one.
(instead of making some tests for a small crowd or making the "perfect" species" in a lab).
I would say, let's keep that way but not getting frustrated about that (or spending precious extra sources).

I've already been in touch with your help desk, but I did want to point out the complete havoc wrecked on my account this weekend. In addition to not being able to watch my 2nd association match on Saturday, your game engine immediately decided to award the finalists from Sundays matches on Saturday. None of those matches were yet scheduled or could be attended by anyone in my association due to the bug. We took second place because of this. Also, it caused my league match later on Saturday to not be viewable. I lost to a inferior team 5-2.
The compensation is appreciated and at the end of the day it's just a game, but I have to admit I was certainly disappointed. Between this and my wife making me install a new ceiling fan I was ready for my weekend to be over and head back to the office. :p
I hope you guys get this worked out soon.

You have a point but not really. Is sad but I am pretty sure they are doing everything they can to have a working system. Because of these live errors they can see what's happening much easier.Quote:

Other than the Association issues everything else is starting to come around. The animations are MUCH better. If I can add one suggestion to the animations it would be the pass to the AMC or striker at the top of the key. I've seen it several times where there is a wide open player at the top of the key and instead of blasting it on goal he passes it off to a winger. I literally scream at my phone everytime it happens and people around me thing i'm looney! haha I like all of the new crossing animations and goalie ones as well. It's starting to look more like actual game play.
Anyways, I just wanted you to know that I can compliment in addition to all of the complaining..:p
Giving consolation tokens is not the solution of this problem, You can shut up players mouth by giving tokens this time, but if problem continues every week then will you give tokens every weekend? Try to fix it as soon as, otherwise be ready for give tokens on every weekend.....

We didn't give tokens as a solution, but as a compensation for the issues, while we continue to work on fixing the problem.
Yes i agree with you Bunzo, 5 tokens and thats going to break there bank, after all the £££££££££ they have taken from us , bout time they spent some of that, get someone in that knows how to repair stuff in this game, and get on with it. There is a few choice words i would like to use on here, but ive thrown enough money down the drain,without getting chucked out of the game, because they dont like the truth.
