Ok, one youngster is 4* but you must pay 12-24 token to sign a contract with him.
So, you 'll release him right away because it's not worthy those token for a 4* player.
The other youngster is 2* and free of token (0T). Usually we sign this guy and try to sell him sooner or later.
If you are in a higher lv, you can get some good money for this player selling him in managers who are 3 levels bellow.
In that case, I sell one of my not usable players to have an empty place, sign the youngster and selling him too.
But in your case you can't (if , repeat you 're lv1 -2).
Unless you have some really useless player among those 22.
So, you just let the other youngster free to go too.
