Ok thanks, this will be my first academy players so I was not sure what to expect.

Ok, you can expect a 2* player (the 0T) with a quality about 10-14 and market value about 100 K' .
Not much.
So, it will be very difficult to sell that player (because it's only one lv bellow you and they 'll see him only as a 3* player) and even then not get some descent money.
So it's up to you to decide if you 'll sell a player from your roster to sign this academy youngster.

Another use of 0T academy players is to keep some of them and drop the quality of your team (it's for the Cup draw).
I recommend this to whom wants to "swim in the deep waters of the game".

if you invested extra token/money to build it earlier, it was wrong.
If you just build it for the serial of construction it's ok.
Selling the 0T youngsters is a good income.
In a higher level, you can get and sell 2 juniors for about 200 millions (in one season).
Those money hardly you 'll find in a competition as a prize.
