    Training players in new postitions?

Is there a quick way of doing this, or just let training take its course?

What is the price for you guys to rush a special ability? At lvl 1 it's basically 200 tokens.

I've covered these issues in my guide for beginners:

Use the old format on the pc .
If the player is a fast trainer it should take about 50-60 green packs to get the 50 skill points for a new position .So with farming 40 odd greens a day it´s a fairly cheap way to advance a player/players
