    upgrading player

    can anyone tell me how many training sessions a player needs to step up a grade, cheers

    This, but if I am to make a guess at how many practices it takes on avg to gain a star for active players I might say something like 40-50?

    A player must improve 5 (% points) x 15 abilities = 75 % points to gain one full star. A fast trainer might do it in around 25-30 practices, a slower trainer in 50-60 practices.

    So with the new training method you are using around 25-30 green packs to improve (fast trainer) by 1 star ?
