When does all your players lose a star after promotion and when does the scout list get updated to stronger players to match your new level?

This will happen after the new day starts, from now in 6:30 houirs day will finish and then the server will need 2-3 hours to organize the draws, leagues and so.
Then the day will start and the players will loose a start if you won a level. Scout list too will show you 6* players for the level that you will have when the day 1 has been started.
