I think that ultimately, there is no way to make an association draw that will make everybody happy. On the one hand, its easier for 5* associations to climb the ranks, which frustrates 7* ones. However, how many of those 7* associations will be complaining, when they play against an 8* association they can't possibly beat?
Personally, I'd like to have weighted rewards. The higher the average quality of ones association, the better of the rewards. Sure, the 7* will get better rewards than 5* associations under such a format, but 7* teams are also putting more time and money into this game than 5* teams. Plus, it will give teams incentives to improve there rosters, compared to dropping there qualities to get easier opponents in associations.

that's seems fair but with that way, reach teams will become more reach and this gonna make more un-ballanced the other competitions.The higher the average quality of ones association, the better of the rewards.

Ok, I 'll give an example how it works.
First to say that the game is trying to match up a tournament with 4 groups similar in quality.
For the quality of a group, possibly the game counts the best 14 players of every team, even if those players are in the bench.
But what is happening now : If one manager has his best players in the bench, then his pair is a much weaker opponent.
I will give an example with two groups.
Let's say that they have similar qualities.
Group > Warriors
Team A 130%, B 120%, C 110%, D 100%, E 90%, F 80%
Group > Chickens
Team U 130%, V 120%, W 110%, X 100%, Y 90%, Z 80%
If those teams have their best players in the field, then the pairs will be
A vs U
B vs V
C vs W
D vs X
E vs Y
F vs Z
If the manager of team V of the Chickens has low quality players in the field because he is staying level for example and want to loose his League game,
* This can happen about at 08.00 GMT when it's the first draw of the tournament (showing your asso opponent, not yet the oppo group).
then the group is
Team U 130%, W 110%, X 100%, Y 90%, Z 80%, V 50%
and the draw is like this
A vs U
B vs W
C vs X
D vs Y
E vs Z
F vs V > 80% vs 120% later, when the V manager gonna use his best players.
The V manager has an advantage vs his weaker opponent but his group mates W, X, Y Z will have a disadvantage because the 're gonna play with little better q opponents.
If all the members will put weaker players, that doesn't mean his group gonna have an easier opponent.
Still they 're gonna play vs Warriors but with different pairs, depending the weak players they had in the first squad at the time of the draw.
One thing that can affect/help the draw is to have a weak member, a manager with a 40% avg q team and after the draw, this team start buying players and make a 90% squad.
In that case, he will have an advantage vs his opponent as his group mates too, cause they will have little lower q opponents because of the lower avg q group.

We see many of the top100 groups have some members or all with 0 points, not in the beginning or end of the season but in the middle too.
What is that trick ?

Does the draw take into account individual points that teams have as well as their quality?
Something like that has been mentioned before.
