I have the same formation set against me in the CL final later today. He destroyed me in a friendly a few days ago. Well it was 1/2 but he ran the show. I am thinking of sticking with my 4 5. 1 v with D orders and hoping to win on pens....

Well that went badly...

Pity as after 14 months I finally won the cup last night and should close out the league later today. I am hating the fact my corner specialist didn't create one scoring opportunity.P Lu's my free kick specialist with 30 goals in the league was pants.

That formation looks near invincible, I think next time I will try 5 along the back and bore him to death...

Oh well you can't win them all.

I lost 2:1 in the CL final, 90% vs 95%. I had a red card on MR and played my strong ML in the MR position with a weaker, high form ML on left. I tried 4141 defensive, both flanks, own half, no counters or offside, normal tackle, mixed/long passing. Attacking arrow only on my DR, who had been star player all season.

DC got an injury early. I scored with AMC after changing to 413(mlmcmc)11, attacking, and he did get lucky with a penalty kick. Opponent also had 4% pos. bonus from fans.

My DR and DL, who are 1 and 3 top league rated both turned in 5.x form, awful. I should have abandoned down the flank passing.

Broke my 31 game win streak, 61 undefeated, only loss this season.

Start with defensive, counter on, focus & pass: mix, zonal

Watch the game 30 min then change the tactics as you judge but don't go attack or all attack.
