How can I get back released player?? HELP

Hi,

this mornig I won auction and buy a new player. But when I tried to sign him I do a mistake a push wrong button RELESE or DISMISS. Is it possible to get my player back? He cost me a lot of money.

That sucks. Because when I pressed a button there was no answer like: This is permanent state. Do you really want to dismiss this player? And in that moment I could realized that I pressed wrong button.

If you recall any details about the player in question (Name, Quality, Roles, etc) please write to our support team about this. Inform them that you got him through an Auction transfer.

They can offer you a first-time refund for the player.

I am playing this game from Android platform with name HS FC in level 2. I purchased a player named Mohamed Magdy for DML + DMC position with skill level 74. My squad was full so while trying to release a player accidentally I released my new player. Now I am unable to find him anywhere in game. I purchased him with 1 T + 313K money from auction and have a notification in my game inbox for him as well. Please help me to get him back to squad as I have lost both player as well as budget amount from game money and I need players.
