If you recall any details about the player in question (Name, Quality, Roles, etc) please write to our support team about this. Inform them that you got him through an Auction transfer.

They can offer you a first-time refund for the player.

I have same issue as well.. Just happened a few minutes ago.. Won the player at auction, was about to sign him because I just sola a player to create space and the mistake happened
