I want to say for another time that no !
In a long term good/high q teams with active managers have better results and career but some times **** happens.
In real football it's worst than T11.
Here you 'll never see a 4* team winning the league vs 6* teams (like Leicester in Premier League).

Is Hazard a 6* player? xD all is very relative really... Im agree in that in RL the situations are more incredible and surprising than in T11. lol
