I want to say for another time that no !
In a long term good/high q teams with active managers have better results and career but some times **** happens.
In real football it's worst than T11.
Here you 'll never see a 4* team winning the league vs 6* teams (like Leicester in Premier League).

well if we put a relation between wages/price and stars.... maybe yea Hazard can be like this old ST I had that with 7* and 10* in phisical skills just scored me 3 goals in 26 matches.... my beloved scout of 50T Djibril Cissé... epic well paid fail lol
