    Hey Cypher,

    1. Winning a match rewards you with 1 Morale booster. (Draws don't reward you)
    2. Losing a match deducts you 1 Morale booster.
    3. Watching a match rewards you with 1 Morale booster. (Essentially negating point 2)

    Furthermore:
    4. Doing a substitution during a match rewards you with 1 Rest pack.
    5. If no one in your team gets a penalty card during the match you will be rewarded with a 1 Treatment. "Fair play"

Losing a Morale booster due to losing the match doesn't your players' Morale. If they perform bad during the match, if the match is lost, getting injured, etc. can lower their Morale.

Players often lose morale if they are benched, or even at the start of new day. Your benched players may not need as high morale as fielded players. Some managers play team with low morale (or low condition), we don't know exactly the effects.

And remember, using 2 morale packs on a player at once will raise from any status (very poor, good, etc) to superb. Just like maximum 15 medical packs will fully heal any length injury.
