    I had the same situation...my player got yellow, I made a sub...
    My second player got yellow, I made a sub...
    Then my third player got yellow, I wanted to sub, but he got second yellow faster, than I managed to make a sub...

    It seemed like there was a red card waiting for me before the game even started...

    NB! All the cards were given to those players, which I can't replace for next game. I have to change the whole formation now...

    this is an achievement.

    Three off your players got Booked in a single match. Yeah experienced same situation. Three players got booked .
