Season 85 - Are you ready?

This game really doesn't want me to win anything. I watched most games this season and my team are in 13th. We did win against 4th in the league but the game engine really wants me not to win anything. My team is 84 Quality but the games are incredibly bias towards the opposing team. Games we clearly should have won are ending in draws, the top 5 teams have fully scouted teams The league (only level 13) is too tough for the players who don't by masses of tokens and have all scout teams. 5 teams in my league were also in my league in the league last season and surprise, they are the same teams who have all scout teams. Last season 1 came 7th and currently are in the Super League quarter finals. What is going so terribly wrong in the league?

Even though I'm only 10 points away from 8th I've given up trying to get promotion and spending the rest of the season trying to find a good formation & tactics that will work for next season.
