but i tihnk there is a BUG - my friend finish last leg in 9th place.
and he just got lvl up XD, was think only 1th - 8th goin lvl up after the leg

This was normal when often the 8th was promoted, now with 8 places of promotion any empty place on higher level leagues should be solved by, promoting one more team, before was the 8th, now the 9th but as a exception.
