You must tab the [?] button and continue from there. Better send a pic with the profile- view of the manager, not his squad.
Also give a try maybe to find his fb profile (although Vietnamese usually are invisible in fb).
Anyway, the chances to find him and ban him before you 'll play with him (if it's that way your draw) are very very few.
Probably he 'll won the Cup first
