Yes, the winner's prize is extra. You will win 4.06M for the final and 5.27M for winning the lvl7 CH.L (9.33M in total).

According to those calculations about CH.L., we have (games X money) :
Groups (6X1.42=8.7) + qf16 (2X1.85=3.7) + qf8 (2X2.4=4.8) +semi finals (2X3.12=6.24) + final partic. 4.06 = 27.5 M’

Old winner’s prize 1.22 +27.5= 28.72 , new prize 5.27 + 27.5=32.77

In the thread/ announcement saying

But that’s not +75%, it’s about 15% in total
and if we talk about the last game only, then it's + 330%
