I unloaded a few low-Q players earlier in the 1st week, but that was before the 1st week Recommendation was given. Perhaps the recommendation is chosen at the beginning of the week and the display is random?

I will buy every 39T recommendations, but I haven't seen it since early season 3.
I'm level 7 now (95% to 115% every season). I don't think it's random.
