Skill point assignment

Hey,

Just wanted to ask what's the best way to assign skill points in the different roles? I have an idea but want to be sure I'm doing right.

Goal keeper- def
Defenders- def/mental
Midfielders- def/att/men
Strikers- att/men

Does this sound right?
