    New day usually starts at GMT 3:00, if I'm not mistaken. And in-game timers are freezed during maintenance. At least rest timer is, so I guess all of them aren't ticking.

    The recommendations ends on GMT 2-3 i guess.Damn, Seems like i either get him or he's lost and i got to wait another 8 days,
