Yes, it is really getting weird, i can go 7-0 to a team with mostly 3-4 stars while i draw with a team of 1 star.
Morale/Condition was all good, yet this happens.
I had a 1-0 loss at home earlier this season against a team 10 quality points less that I know I should easily beat, I don't even know for certain yet that I will even be playing in next seasons Champions League.

Wow. thats really fcked up. Have you tried rewarding players money when they win? I find that sometimes it works.
I'm only level 3 though, but i was 1st in league last season and currently first in league now too, first in my champion league group and in top16 in cup (Which i draw to a 1star team)
I offered my players money for winning games and they wouldn't stop conceding goals.

Another league defeat. Slipped from 2nd to 5th over last two days. 2 more in game injuries, taking season total to 10. (So much for game rule of maximum of 7 injuries in season).
Ahahahahahahaha...
the F 1st time ever i got 14days injury O_O,never know we have this kind of injury in game :|:|
