I bought tokens and do not have them

Hello I have a question.
Yesterday morning (11/14/2016) I bought tokens, by bank transfer (trustly), so far I do not have these tokens.
What should I do now?
Please help, thank you.

Contact whichever provider you bought them from. You should only buy from T11 site or through the actual game, not from any dodgy sites. The official sites will have a contact support option.
