What should I do now?

Contact whichever provider you bought them from. You should only buy from T11 site or through the actual game, not from any dodgy sites. The official sites will have a contact support option.

Have you looked? Where you buy tokens in game, there is a HELP button top right next to the X.
Click on HELP and there are a list of FAQ. Also a CONTACT US option, top right.
