I really admire of your team and the way you train. I am a non-token buyer, thus I do not have many token to buy Green Condition Booster to train my players like you do. I wonder is there any other way to train my players with good result without using token? Thank you

Well you can try watching videos to get free tokens and also free booster, friendly matches also reward you with free booster too and your players get to gain skill points. I think there are many thread in the forum that advise how you can enrich yourself with tokens and boosters. Thanks for your praise too

the sad thing is that next season, if you are as unlucky as me and end up on a server with teams from league 3-4-5 ....then this player - despite training like a madman - will be pretty average for a long while (because the players on the new season's transfer market will be sooo much better than the previous season).
If that happens, you will have spend all these tokens and rest packs on a player that is avg because of you ending up on the wrong server. Happened to me last season. That's why i stopped doing power training

I think theres some that does over 200 for hard match practice for 4* youth somewhere... even though they cost a significant amount of tokens, I still don't exactly recommend signing these just because it would take over 200T to get to a decent level as your average scout and apply the SA... I think I'd take 5 scouts over 1 trained youngster to the same ability if you ask me, but it all depends on that token budget, I buy quite a few thousand tokens like yourself but I can't play this game as if money was no object lol... After the Miku and Michu project, and the 8*/9* players of L13, I wont be going over 7* for a player again really, not worth it on my token budget anymore.

Of course a large number of videos will allow me to push 1 or 2 players quite far.

My youth academy GK got 203 the other day. Can see your point, as a power trainer, why they aint that good but for non power trainers i think they are worth the tokens. My GK has gained 2 quality since i got him 4/5 days ago, with normal training, hell soon be better than my actual GK and 5 stars soon after that

Well both july and you have their own points, actually it goes down to the individual. For me I always prefer the young 18 years old fast trainers and i don't mind wasting the time and resources to groom them because last season I really don't have much luck with scouts. I got 2 scout immediately after taking over the team with 16 matches to go but my scout are returning with 5 or 6 performance while those young players that I got are giving me 7 to 8. So after round the clock hard training their quality improve and the performance improve with 8 and 9 and the the occasionally 7. I sold my 2 scout and change to youth training and it pay off. This season I can show you all my youth players statistics and hardly any of them is without a 9 in performance except for my 2 gk.

The first, a defender is pretty solid n rates well and the other is just sheer class, a striker with free kick SA, i pretty much guarantee a goal if i get a free kick lol. top goal scorer, passer and rated in the league too.
