Fresh teams with levels

One guy in the Russian thread asked a question, and I have no idea why is that too.
He sees several teams that were created in this October, but they're already level 6-7. Look at the pictures, the bottom rows:



Can someone please explain?

I found cases similar to it in the past as well...a mystery to me as well regarding how this happens...

If you leave your club for 70 straight days then log in again, you'll have a brand new club at the same level when your club was deleted in the 71st day (for example you leave your club at level 4 then after 70 days your club somehow promoted to level 5, then you'll get brand new club at level 5)

Yes, is exactly as CM-16 says. I've initially started the game for first time in 2013, played for about 7 months then i gave up. Now i have restarted the game 7 seasons ago, this year. My manager level was 7 but team level was 1 and was a brand new team. That's why you see those different levels. Btw i am glad i have started again, as many improvements has been done and i love it now. Hopefully this season i will get treble of the treble

Here's my question now, what is your new team level, is it level 7 or level 1? As you said your team was level 1, shouldn't it be another level 1 team for you to start with...? still in that case, what is your start date of the game that is shown on the profile? Is it from 2013 or is it from recent restart....?

The date is the recent one. Now my team is level 7 and the manager one is still on level 7. Will start to increase both of them to level 8 from next season.

On the team breakdown i have the recent date when ive started again with the new team. But on my manager profile is the date from 2013 when i have initally started the game for the very first time
