What's the best training to get the best results out of your players
To turn this very vague first post into an interesting discussion, let me suggest a new question:
If you could only run 1 set of (6) drills, repeatedly, for your whole team, what would that training schedule be?
Here's a start:
Slalom Dribble/ Press the Play / GK Training/ Fast Counter Attacks/ Set Piece Delivery/ Stop the Attacker
If I wanna use 3-4%:
Warm-up
Pass go shoot
Piggy in the middle
If I wanna use 6% I add:
Skill Drill
Use your head
I also sometimes add stretching.
That is what I usually do, but sometimes when I train a specific player or group I customize for the best attributes.
