Rest packs / health packs generation from Training and medical facility

Hello Guys
This is my first post in this forum. I want to know "how many rest packs a training facility generates. I can imagine it might be level wise.
For example:
level one training facility = x rest packs per hour or per day
Level two training facility = x rest packs per hour or per day
And so on......

Also tell me about medical facility and the health packs as well.
