I was wandering how does this opption (Force Counter Attacks) is working !!!

can any one make it clear ?!

1. It just make counterattack when is possible
2. its playing defencive in order to make counter attack ?

You can use it against anyteam of any strength or with any formation you think is fit. Basically what it does is telling your players once possession is gained on your half, quickly try to find ways to counter attack instead of slow build up play.

It means what he just said. If your counter attack fails it will leave your team open for an attack.

Just set my team mentality on very defensive?

I only see the option to force the opponent to play counter attack..
