Have you tried the following:
1. Check if your browser is updated
2. Clear the browser cache and cookies
3. Try running Top 11 on another browser
4. Try to run the game on both topeleven.com and Facebook

Where/when does the new version freeze up and stop loading? Any error message?
Also, does the old version load fully? Are you able to play at all?

And can you tell me your system specs?
- Operating System
- Amount of RAM
- GPU / Video card
- CPU / Processor
- What browser do you try to run the game on? Which others you tried as well?
