That is definitely quite low. Top 11 may not be graphically intensive but... Jeez I haven't stumbled on a 128 megs GPU in many years. Seeing as how you have more than the recommended RAM for the game (Which is 2 GB) I suppose that it's your GPU that's causing the issue.
