Tokens are usually via the 'Top Eleven' website, though you can get them via the apps and through facebook as well (seem to have more success with the Top Eleven website though).

The packs and money tend to be via facebook. When you log on, down the bottom is the option to watch videos for free packs or money. 1 extra pack per video, money is dependent on level.

Please, can you post a picture where we can see those options for getting free packs and money , because i don't see any options. :/
