How do you win?

Questions:
1. How do you win games?
2. Do the statistics actually mean anything? Do they reflect the game?

I struggle with winning games, haven't won for a long while. The stats for my last games (my stats first):

1)
Possession: 55-45
Shots: 23-9
On Target: 8-4
Result: 2-2

2)
Possession: 53-47
Shots: 21-15
On Target: 10-5
Result: 0-2

3)
Possession: 53-47
Shots: 15-17
On Target: 6-4
Result: 2-2

4)
Possession: 48-52
Shots: 16-16
On Target: 7-6
Result: 0-2

What do you do to win? It seems all random to me.
This is what I do:
- Only 5 or 6 star players in playing squad (keeper is my highest skilled player)
- Always at least 6% bonus in all areas
- Always green arrows for motivation
- Always rested players (>90%)
- Win bonus

Try increasing the bonuses to 10's, attend the matches, prepare some strategy according to opponents formation.
You are close to getting on the path to glory
Just need a small push.

Study the other team and how they play

Result 1 looks like a troll. So is 2. The others look fair but we do not know anything about your tactic and the quality of the oppo. 6% is to me not enough if the other have 10.
The real useful indication in the stats is shots and shots on target + completed passes.

I try to attend games. But most of the games i attend i lose. So i stopped attending games. I mostly play attacking. Formation does a lot in winning games, from what i have seen in all my seasons.
