    Seems to vary. I signed my first scout this season and he's been one of the stand out players for me.

    What level you at, out of curiousity?

    Level 2, the scout is now quality 32

    Ah ok. I was going to say if you were at level 4, you might have been lucky to get a good offer via the negotiations.
