worth it to buy a scout?

Hi,

I bought a scout player in my first season and he hasn't played a good match since. Friends of mine also bought scouts and their scouts also perform terrible, getting scores that never exceed 7.
Now my question, is it worth it to buy a scout player? Because to me it seems it's just a waste of tokens and their high quality means nothing.

(my scout is a MC with the dribbling speciality)

What level you at, out of curiousity?

my scouts play regularly with rating 4-5 and 3 stars players 7-8. there is something really sick in this system.

This is what happen to me last season, the scout are constantly giving me 4 5 and 6 rating, very few goals. In the end i sold the both of them. The worst part is their skill progress seem retard. 100T down the drain

Ah ok. I was going to say if you were at level 4, you might have been lucky to get a good offer via the negotiations.
