About the League Draws

as there are many opinions about this in the first post of Teda

I still can see some posts saying that this was happening always (but we just couldn't see it), I would like from you to share the experience with OMA league (manipulating the league draw of friends which was happening after day one if i remember well).
i also had this experience with a league of Greeks friends, where I remember very well a case when a new guy created a team at day too (the evening), became a friend with the rest and the third day he was among us the others in the same league.
How this could happen if the League draw was at season maintenance ?

Gunna check well... if I remember well... I started creating the FB acc... with no friends, then adding others on FB, I started playin T11, and then I sent a gift to others, who accepted the gift to play in my same server... and when season started we had till day 2 before day ending to accept the gifts and add all us to stay all together in the same league..... "as far as I remember" but gonna check it later the OMA threads to be sure..
