Well when the Cancel Request button pops up it means that the request has been sent to the other manager. You'll have to wait for them to either accept it or reject it.

If the Add Friend pops up again then the other manager has rejected your request.

You can add more by connecting on facebook.
In game, you can add upto 100 friends.

Wait him to accept dude, you can not add friends without their consent^^

1st send request, then wait, then if he accept will appear in your friends list, if not, you will see the option to send request again, but my suggetsion then is not insist lol

you send fb request and if the other guy accept, you see his team in your game friends.
Fb doesn't have a limit as I know.

So I asked for this to be confirmed to me and - Yes. When you have more than a 100 friends in the Friend list, this issue with the button can happen. :/
