Desert Rats FC Associations Weekend Summary

Highlights of the day: Two wins in the Associations Final, the Association wins the tournament; a big win in the 1st Leg of Round of 16 of the Champions League; Shaun Ruel gets among the goals again, scores in every match in the day, but Kostadin Marinov takes the headlines with his four goals in the League match.

Thanks to madflo, Gabez and Gert for the support today, especially in the CL match where I couldn't attend due to a family outing.

At FA, we won it, after an amazing 2.leg - 5 wins, 1 draw, only 2 goals conceeded.

Now... it's half time at league. We are in this hardcore league 1.place with 13 wins. We are 7 points ahead to the chinese guy (he won today against dnag). The upcoming week will be the decision of how many titles we are able to win:
at league, we play against 2.TB and chinese guy
at cup, semi finals against chinese guy
at CL, quater finals against chinese guy

That shedule will be funny, if the draw comes true: 4 times in a row against the chinese guys, 5 times in only 3 days... I will post this screen after the draw is made.

Overall... our keeper had a really bad day: he conceed 7 goals in 4 games (4 at FA, 1 at league and 2 at CL). Nothing happened, but his performance... tomorrow, he will sit down, we need him fit at league on tuesday against 2.TB

Kraxner scored his 597 goal and made his 600 appearance.

After a loose 2-0 vs who's 8th, we won 7-3 vs the 3d,,, surprising ma AML of 3* Tamás Fekete with his 4 goals.... seems his 31 years are a grade in his experience, we still there, 4th place for us, 4 points of the leader now in middle season. Great.

Home Guard report, Day 15...

Into the Round of 16 in the Champions League, and there's no stopping Home Guard (yet). A good 4-1 win at home in the 1st Leg gives them a sporting chance at a Quarter-Final spot. Milos Jovanivic started them off with two penalties, Matias Rolando and Alejandro Pusineri bracketted the visitors lone effort.

Records tumbled in the away League match that closed off the first half of the season, Home Guard getting into double digits for the first time, and Brice Morel staggering out of the stadium under the weight of his double hat-trick. The visitors departed with their ratings denoting shattered morale...

My 2nd team is tanking(forever )we played against 3rd place,i was 60%q,he was 110%q,i am the home team,just log in around 75 min...probably he will not win the title...the engine has other plans lol
