Why can't I send request to people who are at different levels?

If 2 people are in different servers, they can't watch each other's games, right?

Add a friend on FB -> they become friends in Top Eleven automatically. Limit -> Unlimited
Add a friend in game -> Limit -> 100 friends.

You can watch any match being played by friends added in game (same server) or via FB (might be different servers) (apart from association matches).
It does not matter whether they are on same server or not.

SO long as they link their account/team with FB account, you can add on FB and support them in matches, no matter the server.
