    Yeah that Fruit Loops one, we're on the case and have talked with the providers about the video. There's also one about an app called "Survivors: The Quest". This one also seems to cause issues. We've escalated it as well.

    On facebook platform in the US the ads pretty much never work at all, they are not even videos but various scam offers, and they never credit anything. (we already talked with Jeeves extensively about it, but nothing has changed)

    Yes I have an association friend who has issues with survivors video. Caused him much trouble with gaining rests!!!

    The dreaded video that doesn't give packs usually arrives after I get 11 packs. ALWAYS. That's done on purpose so you can heal your regulars once and then screw you, you won't get anymore!
