Daily bag farming limit decreased to 20?

I don't 'farm' for packs, I haven't time (or patience) for that - I use two videos for the 2x Bonus to get those back to 10% first thing in the day, then watch videos for the 'free' morale boost and condition restore, if needed, prior to matches. The packs I receive through 'normal' means (friends' gifts, ground buildings, etc) I save up for the times when videos aren't available or I've run out in a particular day.
