All players from new auction are good players?

Is it just me? I bought 5 players ranging from 18-22 yrs old around 88% - 95% and they all turn out to be good players?
But it's still early in the season, played 4-5 games and they all scored 8 or 9 ratings. Maybe some got 1 or 2 -7s only.
Whereare my old players ( good players) who some are recommended scouts or power trained last season 8-9-8-8-8 become 6-7-7-8-8

Hmm.. you know why some players always 8-9-8-9 while some always 6-7-6-7 regardless of their quality?

because
- those are high q players in "key" positions (for example AMR, AMC, AMR, ST) who also are successful specialists
- they are playing in high q/ successful teams who are winning with domination scores and they contribute with some goals and assists in every game
- because those 6-7-6-7 players even if they are playing in "key" positions or have high quality, don't "fit" with the chemistry of a team.
maybe they 'll become 8-9-8-9 players in another team.

btw, have you ever seen a 8-9-8-9 5* player, DC or MC in an average team ?

I saw once a comment from Nordeus to the effect that in fact player's performance is affected even by the players who are positioned near him in the game. He can better cooperate with some of his peers, and worse with others.

Also, it looks to me like Nordeus has implemented the system where each player has a period when he "blooms", i.e. when his performance is at the top - higher than before and after that.
